How to feel Happy?

 Here are some steps:-

1. Spend time with people that make you feel good – Happiness is contagious. So, surround yourself with happy people and be sure to let them know what they do for you.


2. Exercise regularly – Exercise not only helps to keep your physical body strong, but has the added benefit of releasing endorphins, the hormones that make you feel good.


3. Take care of your body - Get enough sleep, eat healthily, take time off to relax, and do something that nurtures your soul.


4. Make time for yourself – Take time to do something that you enjoy, whether it’s a hobby or just soaking up some sun in the backyard.


5. Forget about perfectionism – Let go of perfectionism and its unrealistic expectations. Life is about the journey and embracing all that comes with it, both good and bad.


6. Show gratitude – Write down the things in your life that you are grateful for. When you take the time to do something like that, it’s hard not to smile.
